  • The right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority in the field of personal data processing, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation indicated above. We care about your privacy and are committed to ensuring that the processing of your personal data ensures its protection and is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law, which is why we ask you to contact us to clarify any doubts you may have about the processing of your personal data before possibly approaching the supervisory authority. 

We stipulate that if your requests in relation to your personal data exceed the reasonable limits of such activity, we will charge a reasonable fee based on our administrative costs for processing each subsequent request.
